A pre-law kid
who picked credit law.
Sebastian came up through Florida State University on a Political Science track with a pre-law concentration. He picked his electives the way most pre-law kids don't — heavy on consumer-finance regulation, contract law, and statutory interpretation. The Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Credit Repair Organizations Act weren't classroom abstractions to him. They were the rules of a game he wanted to play.
He graduated, applied to law school, and started prepping for a career representing consumers against bureaus and creditors who were getting away with sloppy reporting.
