Tallahassee

A pre-law kid
who picked credit law.

Sebastian came up through Florida State University on a Political Science track with a pre-law concentration. He picked his electives the way most pre-law kids don't — heavy on consumer-finance regulation, contract law, and statutory interpretation. The Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Credit Repair Organizations Act weren't classroom abstractions to him. They were the rules of a game he wanted to play.

He graduated, applied to law school, and started prepping for a career representing consumers against bureaus and creditors who were getting away with sloppy reporting.

2022

He walked in
as a sales rep.

In 2022, Sebastian joined GM Vantage Solutions in a sales role. The plan was straightforward — work the phones, learn the business, save for law school, move on.

What happened instead: within the first three months he was reading every dispute Estuardo drafted, asking why certain statutory citations went into one letter and not another, and rewriting client outreach scripts to sound like the consumer law he was studying — because the consumer law he was studying was literally the thing the firm did all day.

The Pivot

From phones
to operations.

By the end of his first year, Sebastian wasn't just selling — he was running point on the dispute pipeline. He systematized how new clients were onboarded, built the template library for goodwill negotiations, and became the internal authority on what bureaus would and wouldn't accept under federal law.

Estuardo made him COO. Today he runs day-to-day operations while finishing law school in the evenings.

"Most credit repair firms hope the bureaus don't read the letters. We write the letters knowing the bureaus will."

The Specialty

The credit law
guy on staff.

If a dispute gets a "verified" response from a bureau and the response doesn't actually hold up under the FCRA's reinvestigation standards, Sebastian's the one who reads the response back to the bureau in their own statute. If a creditor's account history shows a re-aged collection that violates the original delinquency date rule, that gets caught at the file-review stage.

Clients call him directly for the answers most credit-repair firms outsource to a script.
